Choc Chip Cookie Microwave

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp molasses
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 large egg yolk (do not use egg white)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (Spoon it into the measuring cup and then level it so it's not packed in tight.)
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Melt the butter in a ramekin (or a mug if you don't have a ramekin)
2. Add the sugar, molasses, vanilla and egg yolk. Mix well.
3. Add the flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix and flatten the top evenly. Top with extra chocolate chips, if desired.
4. Cook in the microwave for 50 to 60 seconds until just set. Time will vary depending on the dish used and power of the microwave. Enjoy warm!
